Our Process
From the first consultation to installation — complete control at every stage.
Consultation
We discuss the scope of the project, the character of the space and your expectations — on site, online or at our office. We establish the initial material and technological requirements.
Design and 3D Visualisation
Based on measurements and our discussions, we prepare a concept design together with 3D visualisations. We refine the design until it fully meets the requirements of the project. Each project is assigned a dedicated technologist — independently of the client account manager — who oversees the entire process from the first consultation through to completion. This means that from the very beginning, the client knows exactly who they are working with and who is responsible for their project.
Detailed Quotation
You receive a detailed quotation covering all components, materials and fittings. Once approved, we agree on the project schedule and sign the contract.
Production
Your project is manufactured in our workshop using 3D modelling, cutting and precision machining, followed by specialist finishing processes such as lacquering, veneering and polishing. Every component undergoes quality control before installation.
Installation
Installation is carried out on site by our team, regardless of the scale or location of the project, followed by final inspection and handover.
